As the Superintendent of Tularosa Municipal Schools, I want to give a Welcome and introduce Mrs. Rachell Muller. Mrs. Muller is our Director of Educational Initiatives; she comes to our school as a highly respected and very experienced educator and administrator. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University College of Education Graduate School with a Superintendent certificate and Administration Supervision. Mrs. Muller will be graduating with her EdD 2024. Mrs. Muller is married to Lt. Colonel Justin Muller who is stationed at Holloman AFB, and is Commander of the 16th TRS. She has four children ages 4 through 16.
Mrs. Mullers previous experience includes Principal at Hollman, Associate Director of Assessment and Research, Las Cruces Public schools, Superintendent of Schools for Patagonia Union High School and Elementary School. She has held positions from Early Childhood through College.
With our focus on academic performance, we are extremely fortunate to have Ms. Muller here in Tularosa working on educational initiatives including but not limited to our new roll out of Ron Clark academy strategies, behavioral interventions and mentoring of staff.
