PUBLIC NOTICE OF BID
TULAROSA MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS

Tularosa Municipal Schools is accepting sealed bids for the following surplus items, with each item to be bid on separately:

Bids will be sealed until reviewed by the Tularosa Municipal School Board.

Bid Submission Details:

Deadline: Wednesday, March 19, 2025, by 3:00 PM (MST)
Bid Opening: Wednesday, March 19, 2025 during Board Meeting
Notification of Winning Bidders: Thursday, March 20, 2025
Bid Submissions: Must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the item being bid on.

Winning Bidder Responsibilities:

All winners are responsible for the removal and collection of purchased items.
Removal must be completed within 60 days from the date of winning notification.
